Hello, I’m Chris Harrison. With my background in brand consultancy, design and photography, I understand exactly what you need from a photographer at your event.
I love a creative challenge
I love the buzz and the creative challenge of photographing live events. I got into conference and event photography when a long-standing client asked me to shoot their annual conference. What started as a one-off project opened a door which has led on to working with national charities, tourism groups, and corporate organisations across the UK and Europe. I can either work alone or, for larger events with multiple platforms and activities, I can bring together a team.
My brand-focussed approach
I have over 30 years’ experience as a brand consultant and designer, which means I bring a genuine brand-focussed approach to each assignment. Live events are about people and connection, and I like to immerse myself in the action – catching the buzz of conversations, the energy of keynotes and those unplanned highlight moments. I’ll create images that tell your brand’s story and feel authentic. Images you’ll want to share long after the event is over.
Award-winning work
My personal photographic work has been featured in The Sunday Times Magazine, aired on ITV News, and used by Penguin Random House. I’ve won over 20 international awards, and my prints have been exhibited in London, Paris, Rome, Brussels, Gothenburg, San Francisco, LA, and Sydney.
In 2024 I self-published my first book which sold out and was bought by collectors in over 25 countries. I regularly lead workshops, judge competitions and speak at photography festivals.
